A little up date on Steve, this morning after going to bed at 2:00 Steve woke me up at 4:00 saying call an ambulance.
He just kept saying it and so I did and they came and took him to the hospital. As soon as the doctor came in she said it looks like you are doing the Kidney stone shuffle!!!! After a cat scan, it was confirmed. They loaded him up on some good drugs to kill the pain. The problem was that the stone was blocking the urine so it was backtracking to the kidney. So finally at 8:30 we got to come home with a strainer as of right now we still have not seen the little bugger. They told him he would definitely feel it when it passes, so he's been setting low all day. Hopefully it leaves his body soon. He hasn't been in pain as they gave him pills to come home with. So I hear now he knows what it feels like to have a baby!!!!!
I have never had one but I remember my mom having one and she was in so much pain. I hope and pray I never have to go through it!.
