Well, so far so good, I've been on the treadmill four times this week, plus teaching myself how to use the exercise ball boy are my arms feeling it! Hopefully I can keep it up, new year, new life style, NO I have not given up the coke yet but I will sooner or later.
Tonight I have to get started on home work that Ronda sent home with me on Tuesday. I have 60 swap cards for her for Leadership and then another 47 cards for something?? I really need to start thinking about my own swap cards too. The Big Brown truck came to my house tonight so I thought I would make a quick and easy card using the Heart Framelits.
