Good Evening Stamper Friends,
Well, it sure was another beautiful day in Michigan and it's suppose to keep it up through the weekend! Great, I can see myself getting up on the roof putting up Christmas light. Every year I tell myself I am getting way to old for this but if I want them done up I go!!! It's not to bad, until I start swatting at those darn box elder bugs then it gets a little hairy, wish me luck!
Today I had another Christmas Stamp A Stack and it went well, no I did not have Christmas music going just the air conditioner and sure enough Steve came in and said "is is hot in here?" You all know the fight we went through to get him to start the wood burner well with the temps being up there the house is running about 85 in the day time. I have not complained at all, I just open the windows, he told me he was shutting it down. I hope he was only kidding!
So tonight while I was watching my 2 TV programs that I watch every week I was also making some cards to get sent out tomorrow. I cased this card from the Stampin Up website changing a few things.
Stamp Set: House of Haunts
Card Stock: Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, So Saffron and Whisper White
Ink: Black Craft,
Accessories: Black Embossing Powder, Scallop Trim Border Punch,1-1/4" Pumpkin Pie Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, 1/4" Basic Black Grosgrain Ribbon,1-3/4" Circle Punch,
I embossed the Saffron piece and also the White piece and then I lined it up to match!
