Good Evening Stamper Friends,
Well, we are still snowed in, the kids and I did get out and run to the store earlier today but I was afraid we would not get back home. The roads where really bad then. Steve tried to get over to a friends house a few minutes ago as their furnace went out, but he only got about a mile and had to turn around. The blowing wind is just drifting the snow over the roads big time! Plus the temperature tonight is like -8 degrees then add the wind chill on top of that, yup RELLY REALLY COLD!
I am praying that the plows will be on the roads tonight and get them cleared up. But I have my doubts as the wind will plug them right back up!! I WILL GET TO FLINT on Wednesday as that is when I am leaving for Texas to Leadership.
I had two exciting phone calls today, the first one was from my daughter Heather telling me that we are having a baby girl in July!! I am so excited, my first grand baby and lots of pinks and ruffles.
The second call was from Shelli Gardner the CEO of Stampin Up. She was calling me to tell me congratulations on reaching my half a million in sales back in October. That's what I LOVE about this company I work for, they do care about us.
Well, you would think about all this time I have been spending at home that I would be doing a lot of stamping. Not so much, I have been working on things for my 12 hour crop but I cannot share those things until after my crop.
So here's some more pictures of the snow:
Of course all the pictures I take are from inside, this one is Steve plowing the driveway on the tractor.
Chris is trying to dig my car out
Of course Jasper has to be out playing with them, if I had a fur coat like his I would be outside too.
Well, it's 10:00 guess I will hit the hay and keep my ears open for those snow plows. Thanks for stopping by and see you all tomorrow.
Tamie
