Just Jade Cardstock 9" x 6" score on Long Side at 2", 4", 6", 8" turn so the short score line is at the top and score at 2" and 4", then score on the 1" & 5" down only to the 2nd score line.
Just Jade Cardstock 5-1/2" x 2" score at 2", 2-1/2", 4-1/2", 5" Use a 2-1/4" circle punch for hole.
Designer Series Paper (5) pieces 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" (3) pieces 1-3/4" x 3/4".
I used the Stitched So Sweetly Bundle for the tag with Just Jade Ink.
