Blackberry Bliss Cardstock #133675 $14.00 Order Here 8" x 9-1/2" Score on Short Side @ 1-1/2", 3", 4-1/2" and 7-1/2" Score on Long Side @ 1-1/2", 6-1/2" and 8"
Then cut cardstock to look like this:
