Envelope Cards

Good Evening Stampers:

Tonight I had to demonstrate at our monthly meeting, so I demonstrated these cute cards that are made with a envelope.  You can put gift cards, money, candy, anything small in them and they are so easy to make:

You can use any size envelope, the best envelopes to use is the Stampin Up ones!!, just fold it in half, cut of the top then tape it only in the middle so it will fan out, then add your cardstock and decorate.  When you add your front piece, make sure to put dimensionals on only the bottom half, because you want to be able to slip the flap under the front piece to keep it closed.

This one has a little note card in one of the pocket  and then the gift card goes in the other pocket

  1. Tammi, I just loved doing this last night — they are so cute. You are so awesome because you always come up with something different, simple, but always elegant. And thanks bunches for bringing your Xmas cards — so many ideas, but all beautiful. I was just mad because my battery was dead in my camera so I hope after your class you will post my 2 favorites: Masking tape techniques (one had the little note-size card in front with scallops on side — thats the most my aging mind could remember).
