Daisy Die

Hello All,

Well, today was another beautiful day here in Michigan so yes I was outside!!! Today I tackled the lawn, it took me about 4 hours to mow.  Of course there where a few stops, first one I drove the tractor over to where my husband was working and asked him if there could be something wrong since I had oil all over my foot and part of the lawn mower??? Of course it was my fault that the oil cap was off and oil was flying all over, and where is this oil cap at???? Then I was mowing along real fine and then the lawn mower started making a funny noise, back to my husband AGAIN! This time one of the wheels from underneath was dragging (my fault AGAIN) so off I went again and there was a couple little dead pine trees in the lawn so I figured I might as well run them over. Well, when my husband seen this he about had a stroke! It's like dahhh they where dead!! Then the last straw came when I almost (but didn't) run over the electric fence wire that lays across the drive way to keep Shadow in the yard! Will I ever get back on the tractor again???

So now I am where I belong and that is in my Stamp Room, I wanted to make a quick card so I can get to bed so this is what I came up with.  Of course I used Black and White, embossed the background with the Swiss Dot Folder, Used the Daisy Die and punched out some black and white small daises, put them together and used one of the white brads, tied some black grosgrain ribbon stamped the Thinking of You from the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set and that's it!!!

Thanks for stopping by I hope you are enjoying your Holiday Week-end.
Tomorrow I am going to either tackle the windows or paint the new porch rails my husband put on today! So  let's hope the windows don't fall off the house or the paint turns pink!!!!!

  1. Tami,
You are a hoot!! I know you probably did all of that to the lawn mower just so you could get inside and stamp.
Your sample,as always, is beautiful. Thanks for sharing so much

  2. That is the beautiful Birthday card that Tamie gave me, and I Loved it. So much that I copied it that very day for my card class. Now that Steve is retired, maybe he’ll take over all the mowing after the mess you made! That’s why Eric does all the laundry, because I shrunk his clothes enough times.
    Love,
    Ronda
