Cheers to You

Good Evening Stampers,

Wasn't it another beautiful day? I mowed lawn all afternoon, it takes like 3-1/2 hours to mow it when the mower it running good.  But, since the mower is not running good I had to stop a few times because the oil is leaking onto the motor and it gets really hot and starts smoking so instead of keep mowing and thinking about the lawn mower blowing me off to the next county I kept stopping and jumping on the quad and sweeping the grass so the lawn mower could cool down!  This is a very bad subject with my husband so I can't say it out loud, why do we not fix the lawn mower????? Not enough time right now, comes from a man that is retired? He wants to wait till mowing season is over then pull the motor out and do what ever you have to do to fix a oil leak! So to make a long story short it took me 6 hours to mow the lawn. If I only knew how to fix a oil leak!!!

So, I took a shower, ate dinner, and planted my butt in my chair in my stamping room! Oh life is good! I pulled out the stamp set Cheers to You and stamped a couple cards for a friend of my daughter that requested about 40 cards.  So I decided I'm just going to pull out stamp sets make a couple cards and move on to the next set!

This one  is my usual Basic Black and Whisper White, I embossed the white with the Finial Press Embossing Folder #115963 $7.95, Stamped with Basic Black and added some of the Satin Whisper White Ribbon.  I stamped Happy Anniversary on the inside.

The cardstock I used on this one is So Saffron, Basic Black and Whisper White, I stamped with Black Stazon so I could color the mug in with So Saffron Marker and then I added some Crystal Effects so it looks like it's liquid.

It sounds like we are suppose to have another beautful day tomorrow so I should go out and start cleaning up some gardens and pulling all my ceramic things to put away for the winter. Maybe I should take Melvin out to help me????
