Tonight I have a quick little project for you, do you have bottled water out on the tables for parties or meetings? Well this little project is for you.
I just took a piece of 11 x 2 piece of cardstock, scored it at 2-3/4" and 8-1/4.
Use a topper punch for one end and put a 1-1/4" circle on the other end. I put a piece of DSP 1-7/8 x 3-1/4" and 1-7/8 x 1-7/8 one attached inside and one on the outside. I just tied a piece of ribbon around it to keep the drink package in it.
