Good Evening Stamper Friends,
Well, it is 12:09 and I just returned home from my party in Battle Creek, funny story!! I left my house today in plenty of time to go get gas, grab a hamburg and hit the road. First I run into backup traffic from a accident, this was about 20 minutes waiting to get off the main road and get out of that mess. Well then I was traveling right along and started seeing signs that put me into a PANIC !!!! Remember, I was going to Battle Creek well the signs that I was seeing where signs for the Detroit Metro Airport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heart Attack!!! I looked at my GPS and for some STUPID reason I had set it for the airport instead of my hostess which was right below it. OK, it's 6:15 at this point party was to start at 6:30. I reset the GPS and I am due to my destination at 7:33 PANIC ATTACK!!!! I called Alice and told her what I had done and told her I would be there as soon as I could. I tried really hard to find the propellers so I could just pick up and fly over to the other side of the state, stupid car did not come with them!
I reached Alice's house at 7:31 and yes all of her 20 guests where there waiting for me, I walked in the door they helped me throw everything on the tables and they where stamping within 3 minutes of me walking in. I have to THANK each and everyone of her guests for being so patient with me and forgiving me for being so late, yes this is the first time out of 8 years that I have ever been an hour late for a workshop and I hope it's my last!
So needless to say I am soooooo tired I am heading up to bed right now, but first I wanted to show you one of the cards that they did tonight:
