Good Afternoon Stamper Friends,
I just woke up from a well needed nap! got home around 1:00 and went straight to bed now I am ready to go again. The scrapbook week-end was so much fun I can't wait till March to do it again! I will know what to do and what not to do next time as far as what to take, some of those ladies are CRAZY they take so much stuff it takes them 100 trips to get it all in and all back out. I think they all had a real good time thou, there sure was a LOT of very talented ladies in that room. Sorry I could not report yesterday as the internet service at the hotel SUCKED, we could not even log on to check our emails.
You are not going to believe what you can do with our bird punch! are you ready to see? There was a group of ladies setting together and they made some AWESOME things over the week-end and I will be showing you a LOT of their things, but NO we will not be doing them in my classes as they are way above my simple classes that I hold. Thank you so much Chris, Nancy and Michelle for sharing your projects with us,
These next picture's are very funny but it's just amazing what crafters think of doing with different types of "things"
This is Sandy and she is holding up a pair of her mother's under ware, Sandy found all these New under ware in her mother's draws after she had passed away!

And look what Sandy did with all those circles! Are they not the prettiest silk flowers you have ever seen? So when Sandy uses these flowers on a card or scrap-book page she won't think of the fact that they where "under ware" she will think of her mother!

Gosh Tamie, I think I could get 10 flowers out of those underwear!! LOL Seriously, I can’t wait to make more of these flowers because the one you took a picture of was not finished so it really doesn’t depict how pretty these turn out. My mom is certainly proud of me for recycling and turning something “personal” of hers into roses. She was an avid scrapbooker and loved to take pictures for her 50+ albums (yes, she had more than 50 done with hand-written journaling under each picture). So my mom is having a great chuckle out of this (along with all of you). I am so glad you came, and really hope you will do it again — just sorry I was so ill that I couldn’t “get even” with you for your heckling. Watch out tho because I will strike when you least expect it!!
