10-1/2" x 9" on Long Side Score @ 1/2", 2-1/2", 5-1/2", 7-1/2"
On Short Side Score @ 1-1/2" & 5-1/2"
Go back to Long Side with the 1-1/2" side at the top and score at 1-1/2" & 6-1/2" down to second score line.
Straws are 3" long
Use a 2 " punch to cut handles
Cut to look like this:
