I'm alive!!!! OH man I came down with something on Saturday night and have been in bed ever since. Now I am just dealing with a really bad lower back pain and I think it was from all the throwing up so hard. I'm making myself move today and maybe I can make it feel better, I have all my retreat stuff I have to take care of and get things ready for my class next week.
