Cloud Cover Ink Pad Update
The Bad News
Unfortunately, one of our new In-Colors, Cloud Cover, has had a rare chemical reaction to our regular FIRM FOAM ink pads causing the color to shift. Therefore, Stampin' Up will not be releasing the Cloud Cover Ink Pad to customers tomorrow (May 6th) as planned. This means that both the Cloud Cover Ink Pad and the 2025-2027 In-Color Ink Pad Bundle will NOT be available to purchase at all.
The Good News
Cloud Cover ink is NOT the problem, so the Ink Refill, Marker, Stampin Blends, and Card stock will all still be available for purchase.
The Workaround
There are 2 ways to get a mini–ink pad (also know as an Stampin' Spot). You can purchase the the Classic Stampin' Spot Small Assortment 1 (item#166716 for $19) which has a Cloud Cover ink spot in it OR you can purchase a set of Uninked Stampin' Spots (item#141822 for $10) and a Cloud Cover Ink Refill (item#165279 for $5.50) and make your own Cloud Cover Stampin' Spot.
Please Note
Stampin’ Up! has decided to allow DEMONSTRATORS to purchase the current supply of full-size pads that are already in the warehouse, WITH THE KNOWLEDGE that the color may not be the true Cloud Cover color. So, you may see some demonstrators using the full-size ink pad in the future.
