Hello Stamper Friends,
Well, we figured out where all the water went! We hooked up a solar system to heat the water in the pool. Well, someone turned the pump on and took the off button off the timer, I will not mention any names!!! so, the pump ran all night, and this was after the end cap blew off, yes there was a cap on the end???
Since we have straw for a yard for lack of rain the water got sucked right up and there were no puddles anywhere around the pool when we got up the next morning. That was like 6,000 gallons of water just gone!
So, Steve fixed it up and we called Grombir Water Hauling and they were here today at noon, talk about fast service!! I asked Joey the guy that brought it in, if the water was warm and he laughed and said yup a whopping 55 degrees!!
We have a pretty long driveway, and I think Joey has done this a few times, because he backed that long truck right up with no problems!

Then, those crazy kids were waiting for the water to stop, and they jumped in! Yup 55-degree water with no hesitating at all!
So yes, I now have a camera hooked up on the solar system so when we run the pump I will be watching!!!
So, that was our mystery of where our 6,000 gallons of water went to!!
